Seeking to hire a Wholesale Delivery Driver for Plan B Wholesale. Drivers must complete deliveries for the daily given route each day. Be able to lift and carry heavy boxes and items with various weights. Must have quality communication skills and a pleasant attitude to handle the whole delivery process. The following is a breakdown of the job process each day:

1) dual check and verify each order for accuracy with bins and cases, then hand load all orders for daily route in van according to the logistic guidelines for each day.

2) using GPS, drive to each store location and deliver customer's order using hand-truck. MUST ALWAYS FOLLOW THE DELIVERY LINEUP ASSIGNED

3) check and verify order with the customer to ensure all items are delivered correctly

4) Proceed to payment collection and notate any return items (if applicable).

5) complete daily route paperwork and bin counts and bring all return items to warehouse

This position requires a 2 week training phase that is completed in the warehouse and in learning the delivery route to gain product knowledge before placement in the delivery position. The training phase is paid $15.00 per hour. Once training is complete, this position is route pay per day of $150.00, depending on experience. There is a 6-month minimum contract required once past the training phase to ensure driver success. Once the 6-month contract is fulfilled a pay raise will take effect.

REQUIREMENTS:
- must be 21 years of age or older
- have your own transportation for work purposes WITH A GOOD DRIVING RECORD FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES  (no more than 1 violations in past 3 years)
- a 6-month contract is required after the training phase successfully completed
- must have an activated, working smartphone
- have at least a high school diploma/GED; degree is preferred 
- experience in driving large cargo vans

This is position 5 days a week (Monday through Friday) starting at 8:00am daily. Finish time is when deliveries have been completed in full. Saturday will be on call basis only!
